This is Kirlia, card number 085/198, a Common Reverse Holo from the English Scarlet and Violet Base Set. Kirlia is a long familiar Pokemon, the middle stage in the Ralts evolution line, and a recognisable face that has appeared across many sets over the years.
The Scarlet and Violet Base Set opened the Scarlet and Violet era and reset the card numbering for the run, which gives it a clear starting point for collectors following the line. The Reverse Holo treatment gives this card a different look to the standard version: the foil covers the card body rather than the artwork window, so the whole frame shimmers while the picture stays standard. It is a separate printing from the regular non holo copy of the same card.
Collectors look for this reverse holo to complete a full reverse holo run of the base set, and Kirlia has steady appeal as part of a popular evolution line. Reverse holo surfaces can show handling readily, so clean, well centred copies are the ones set builders prefer.
