This is Jolteon, card number 26/98 presented with a Cosmos Holo finish. Jolteon is one of the Eeveelutions, the evolutions of Eevee that have a devoted following among collectors who enjoy gathering the whole family together.
The Cosmos Holo finish is a classic holographic pattern made up of small sparkling flecks spread across the card like a field of stars, a look long associated with holo Pokemon cards. It gives the card a shimmering surface that catches the light and sets the holo version apart from the standard print.
Collectors look for a Cosmos Holo Jolteon to complete an Eeveelution set, to build a Jolteon focused collection, or simply for the appeal of that traditional starry holo finish. As an English language card in mint condition, it is a clean and presentable addition to any binder, and a familiar favourite for long time fans of the Eevee line.
