This is Inteleon from Mega Symphonia, a Japanese expansion in the Scarlet and Violet era. It is an Art Rare card, a tier known for full illustration artwork that extends the Pokemon and its scene across the whole card face instead of the standard bordered box.
The number 069/063 runs past the set's numbered base of 063, which places Inteleon among the cards printed beyond the main checklist. Art Rares in this range are some of the more limited slots in a Japanese set, and collectors enjoy hunting them for both the artwork and the challenge of completing the extended list.
Inteleon, the sleek final form of the Galar starter Sobble, has a strong following, and its poised design suits the larger Art Rare canvas well. As a Japanese print, it appeals to collectors who prefer the original language run and works neatly within a Mega Symphonia build or an Inteleon-line collection.
