This is Ho-Oh V, card number 140/195 from the English Silver Tempest expansion. Silver Tempest was one of the closing main sets of the Sword and Shield era, known for its Lugia themed chase cards and its run of alternate art rares, which made it a popular set for collectors. As a Pokemon V card, Ho-Oh V carries a higher HP total and a single strong attack, with a knockout handing the opponent two prize cards.
Ho-Oh is a legendary Pokemon from the Johto region, the rainbow winged guardian introduced in the second generation and long paired with Lugia in the lore. Its striking design has kept it a favourite across many card releases. This is the standard V version of the card, shown with full body artwork and a holographic finish. It fits a Silver Tempest set run, a legendary Pokemon collection, or a focused Ho-Oh display for fans of the character.
