This is Hatenna, card number SV054/SV122 from the Shiny Vault subset of Shining Fates. The tags confirm it is an English language Shiny Holo Rare, one of the Baby Shiny cards that make the Shiny Vault such a popular target for collectors.
The Shiny Vault gathers shiny versions of Pokemon onto cards with a bright silver holo treatment, and the SV prefix on the card number sets these apart from the main Shining Fates numbering. Hatenna appears here in its shiny colouring, which differs from the standard look and is exactly what draws collectors to this part of the set.
Collectors chase Baby Shiny cards like this to complete the Shiny Vault, to assemble a shiny themed binder, or for the charm of the smaller Pokemon given the holo treatment. A clean copy with strong centring is a satisfying pick up for any Shining Fates project.
