This is Gloom (card number 044/165) from Scarlet and Violet 151, the English set that revisits the original Kanto Pokedex for the modern trading card game. Gloom is the middle stage of the Oddish line, sitting between Oddish and its two possible final evolutions, and it is a recognisable face from the first generation.
This copy is the Reverse Holo version, which carries the holographic shine across the card frame and background while the artwork window stays standard. Reverse holos were printed alongside the regular set cards, so they sit at the same base rarity but give collectors a different finish, with the foil sparkle covering most of the card.
The 151 set appeals to collectors building a full Kanto run and to anyone drawn to the nostalgia of the original Pokedex. A Reverse Holo Gloom fits neatly into a complete reverse set or an Oddish evolution line, making it a sensible piece for focused Kanto collectors.
