This is Gholdengo ex, number 220/187, a Japanese card from the Terastal Festival EX set. Gholdengo is the Steel and Ghost type formed from a hoard of Gimmighoul coins, a fan favourite from the Paldea region thanks to its surfing pose and golden design.
The ex suffix marks it as a powerful Pokemon card in the Scarlet and Violet era, the cards that carry higher hit points and stronger attacks while giving up extra prize cards when knocked out. This particular print is a Special Art Rare, the rarity where the Pokemon is shown in an expanded illustration that fills the frame, so the appeal here is the artwork as much as the playability.
The number 220 sits above the set total of 187, which places it among the chase prints that come after the numbered base cards. Collectors look for Special Art Rare ex cards like this for the standout illustration and for completing a Terastal Festival set build.
