Garchomp V belongs to the Trainer Gallery subset of Astral Radiance, carrying the card number TG23/TG30. The Trainer Gallery is a special run of cards tucked inside the set, numbered with the TG prefix, and known for artwork that places Pokemon in scenes alongside the Trainers who command them.
As a V card, Garchomp brings the strong single attack power and higher HP that the V mechanic introduced, making it a card built around hitting hard in a single turn. The Trainer Gallery treatment then frames that power in distinctive art that sets it apart from the main set printing.
Garchomp is a long standing fan favourite, and Trainer Gallery cards featuring it draw interest from both Garchomp collectors and Astral Radiance set builders. The limited TG numbering, combined with the dedicated artwork, keeps these cards on collectors' want lists.
