This is Flygon GX 218/236, a Full Art GX card from Cosmic Eclipse in the Sun and Moon era. Flygon is the desert dragon Pokemon and a long standing fan favourite, and here it appears as a powerful GX card with a high HP total and a one time GX attack.
The Full Art treatment is what sets this version apart. Instead of the standard GX layout, the illustration covers the whole card with Flygon shown in a dynamic full scene, a style that collectors prize across the Sun and Moon GX era. With the number 218 sitting beyond the main set total of 236 in the bonus portion of the checklist, this is one of the chase cards from Cosmic Eclipse, which was the final main set of the era and one of the largest.
Flygon has a devoted following, so its Full Art GX is a recognisable target for both Pokemon specific collectors and those building a complete GX collection from the set.
