This is Exeggcute, card number 102/165, a Reverse Holo from the English 151 set. On a reverse holo the foil covers the card body rather than the artwork window, giving the frame a shimmering finish while the picture stays standard. It is a separate printing from the regular non holo version of the same card.
The 151 set revisits the original Kanto Pokedex and its first 151 Pokemon, a theme that has made it a lasting favourite with collectors who enjoy the classic line up. Exeggcute is a Kanto Pokemon from the first generation, known for its cluster of egg like forms.
Collectors look for the reverse holo because it presents a different look to the base card and is part of completing a full reverse holo run of the set. Clean, well centred copies are what set builders prefer, since reverse holo surfaces can show handling more readily.
