This is Escavalier numbered 80/101, a Cracked Ice Holo printing. The tags mark it as Deck Exclusive, meaning the card was released inside a preconstructed theme deck rather than pulled from standard booster packs, which is what gives it the distinctive cracked ice pattern.
Cracked Ice Holo refers to the holographic foil style: instead of the usual cosmos pattern, the foil shows a fractured, ice like texture across the card. This finish was applied to certain theme deck cards, so a Cracked Ice version is a separate collectable from the regular holo of the same card.
Escavalier, the Cavalry Pokemon, is a recognisable final stage with a loyal following. Collectors look for the Cracked Ice Holo specifically for that unusual foil and its deck exclusive origin, which makes it harder to find than a standard pull. A clean copy with sharp corners and a clear holo surface is the one to recognise.
