This is Entei Holo, card 020/193 from the Japanese Mega Dream EX set. Entei is one of the legendary beasts of the Johto region, and its bold, lion like design has kept it a collector favourite across many sets. As a Japanese print, it carries the artwork and text as released for the set.
The card carries the Common rarity in this set, but it is the holo version, finished with the reflective foil treatment across the artwork. Holo Common cards like this one are a nice way to add a legendary Pokemon to a collection without chasing the top rarities, and they remain popular for set building because they round out a run with a card that still has shine on the page.
For anyone who collects the legendary beasts, enjoys Entei, or builds toward a complete Mega Dream EX run, this holo Entei is an easy card to like.
