This is Dubwool V, card 062/070 from the Japanese VMAX Rising set. Dubwool is the woolly evolution of Wooloo from the Galar region, and its V card carries the calm, sturdy look that suits the Pokemon. As a Japanese print, it shows the artwork and layout as released for that set.
The card is a Double Rare, the rarity used for V cards, and it is finished with the full-art style border that the V mechanic introduced. V cards mark a Pokemon as a powerful single creature in play, and their large artwork makes them popular display pieces as well as deck staples. Dubwool V comes from one of the earlier Sword and Shield era expansions, so it appeals to collectors who follow that period.
If you collect Galar Pokemon, want the V cards from VMAX Rising, or build Japanese sets, this is a tidy addition.
