Drizzile is the Water type middle stage of the Sobble line, sitting between Sobble and Inteleon. This version carries the SV026/SV122 number, which places it in the Shiny Vault subset of Shining Fates, a Sword and Shield era special set built around shiny Pokemon.
The Baby Shiny tag refers to the standard shiny look in the Shiny Vault, where the Pokemon is shown in its alternate shiny colouring against a clean panelled holo background, as opposed to the rainbow rare style used for the bigger cards in the same subset. As a Shiny Rare, Drizzile is part of the run that Shining Fates collectors work through when chasing the full SV numbering.
The SV prefix marks it as a Shiny Vault card rather than a main set card, so the numbering runs separately from the base Shining Fates list. Collectors look for it both as a piece of the Sobble evolution line and as a tidy addition to a Shiny Vault set.
