Dottler SV008/SV122 is a Shiny Vault card from Shining Fates, the special Sword and Shield era set built around shiny Pokemon. The SV prefix on both numbers marks it as part of the Shiny Vault subset, a dedicated section of the set filled with alternate colour shiny variants that sit outside the main numbered list.
Shiny Vault cards are a favourite among collectors because they gather shiny Pokemon together in one premium subset, complete with the distinctive shiny treatment that sets them apart from regular printings. Dottler is part of the Snom and Frosmoth evolutionary line introduced in the Galar region, and its shiny appearance gives it a different colour palette to the standard card.
This is the English Shiny Vault printing, a natural fit for collectors building the Shining Fates Shiny Vault subset or seeking out shiny variants of Galar Pokemon.
