This is Donphan, card 107/123 from the Celebrations Classic Collection. Donphan is the armoured Pokemon from the Johto region, the evolution of Phanpy, recognised for its tough tusks and rolling tackle style in the games.

Celebrations was the set released to mark 25 years of Pokemon, and the Classic Collection is its special subset that reprints memorable cards from across the franchise's history.
