This is Dewgong (card number 087/165) from Scarlet and Violet 151, the English set that brings the original Kanto Pokedex back to the modern trading card game. Dewgong is the evolution of Seel and a familiar face for collectors who remember the first generation of games and cards.
This copy is the Reverse Holo version, which carries the holographic shine across the card frame and background while the artwork window stays standard. Reverse holos were printed alongside the regular set cards, so they sit at the same base rarity but give a different finish, with the foil sparkle spread across the whole card.
The 151 set is popular with collectors completing a full Kanto run and with anyone drawn to the nostalgia of the original Pokedex. A Reverse Holo Dewgong slots neatly into a complete reverse set or a Seel evolution line, making it a tidy choice for focused Kanto collectors.
