Cramorant is part of the Shiny Vault subset from Shining Fates, numbered SV030/SV122. The Shiny Vault was the headline feature of that Sword and Shield era set, a dedicated run of cards showing Pokemon in their shiny colour variants against a distinctive silver foil backdrop. The Baby Shiny tag marks this as one of the standard shiny Pokemon cards within that subset.
Cramorant is the gulping seabird Pokemon from the Galar region, well known for its surprising habit of swallowing prey whole. Seeing it rendered in its shiny palette gives the card a different look from the version most players first encountered, which is a big part of what makes the Shiny Vault so collectable.
The SV prefix on the card number is unique to the Shiny Vault, so collectors building that subset will recognise Cramorant SV030/SV122 as one of the pieces needed to complete the run.
