This is Cosmoem, card 014/025 from Celebrations, the set released to mark Pokemon's 25th anniversary. The base Celebrations set holds only 25 cards, each given a holo finish and chosen to celebrate a Pokemon from across the series, which keeps the set compact and approachable to collect.

Cosmoem appears here as a Holo card, so the foil treatment runs through the artwork and gives it a reflective shine under light. Cosmoem was introduced in the seventh generation and is well known to fans of that era as part of the Cosmog line. Its quieter, more unusual design offers a change of pace from the legendary heavyweights in the set. With just 25 cards in the main run, Cosmoem is one of the entries collectors track down when assembling the full anniversary set.
