Copperajah SV091/SV122 is a Shiny Holo Rare from the Shiny Vault, the dedicated subset of Shining Fates that gathered shiny versions of Pokemon into its own SV numbered run. The SV prefix marks the card as part of that Shiny Vault, and the Shiny Holo Rare designation means the Pokemon is shown in its alternate, shiny colouring rather than its usual palette.
