This is Coalossal V 173/185 from Vivid Voltage, a Sword and Shield era set. Coalossal is one of the new Pokemon introduced in the Galar region, evolving from the smaller Carkol line, and its V card gives this hulking Pokemon a fittingly imposing presentation.
The Full Art tag tells you this is a full art version of the card, where the artwork extends across the entire frame rather than sitting in a standard window. Full art V cards are among the more sought after pulls in their sets because of the way the artwork fills the card. The V tag confirms this as a Pokemon V card, the foundational format of the Sword and Shield era, offering high hit points and strong attacks.
Vivid Voltage is best remembered for its rainbow rare chase cards, but its full art V cards hold steady appeal too. Coalossal V is a good target for collectors building a Vivid Voltage run or chasing full art versions for their binder.
