This is Charmeleon from the Shiny Vault of Hidden Fates, numbered SV7/SV94. The Shiny Vault was the headline subset of Hidden Fates, using the SV numbering to identify cards shown in their shiny colour variants. As a Shiny Holo Rare, this Charmeleon appears in its alternate shiny palette over a holographic finish, which is the look collectors associate with the Vault.
The Baby Shiny tag marks the standard shiny treatment within the subset, distinct from the rarer full art shiny cards. As the middle stage of the popular Charmander line, Charmeleon is a steady favourite, and its shiny version from a well regarded set keeps interest high among collectors completing the run.
If you are building the Hidden Fates Shiny Vault or assembling a shiny Charmander evolution line, this Charmeleon SV7/SV94 is a natural fit for the collection.
