This is Charmeleon, card number 8/68 from Hidden Fates, presented as a Reverse Holo. Charmeleon is the middle stage of the much loved Charmander line, a fan favourite that keeps strong demand wherever it appears thanks to its connection to Charizard.

The Reverse Holo treatment means the card body carries the shimmering holo pattern across the frame and text areas rather than only the artwork window, giving it a distinct look from the standard version of the same card.
