This is Celesteela SV32/SV94 from Hidden Fates, a Shiny Holo Rare from the set's Shiny Vault. The SV numbering identifies it as part of that dedicated shiny subset, which runs separately from the main Hidden Fates set and presents Pokemon in their alternate shiny colours. The Baby Shiny tag marks it as one of the standard shiny holo cards rather than a full art shiny entry.
Hidden Fates introduced the shiny vault concept that later sets would revive, gathering shiny versions of Pokemon from across the Sun and Moon era. Celesteela is one of the Ultra Beasts, the otherworldly Pokemon that arrived through the Ultra Wormholes, which gives this shiny card extra appeal for collectors who enjoy that group.
Collectors look for Shiny Vault cards like this to complete the original Hidden Fates shiny run or to feature an Ultra Beast in a shiny themed collection.
