This is Caterpie Reverse Holo 010/165 from Scarlet and Violet 151, the English set that brings back the original Kanto Pokemon. Caterpie is the worm Pokemon from the first generation and one of the earliest catches many trainers remember, which gives it lasting nostalgic appeal among collectors.
This copy is a Reverse Holo, meaning the holographic foil covers the card frame and background while the artwork itself keeps a standard finish. Reverse Holo cards offer a different look to the regular print and are popular with collectors who enjoy putting together a complete reverse set.
Numbered 010 within the 165 card set, this is a standard set card rather than a numbered entry beyond the set total. The 151 set is centred on Kanto nostalgia, and clean Reverse Holo copies are valued because the foil background shows handling and scuffs readily, so a mint Caterpie is a tidy piece for a 151 reverse run.
