This is Brock's Grit, card number 53/68 from the Hidden Fates set, the English special expansion released for the Sun and Moon era. Brock's Grit is a Trainer card rather than a Pokemon, so it earns its place in a deck and a collection through its effect and its links to one of the original Kanto Gym Leaders.
This copy is the Reverse Holo version, where the foil sits across the card frame and background while the central artwork is printed standard. Reverse holos give collectors a separate finish to chase alongside the regular print, and Trainer cards in this style are a popular way to round out a Hidden Fates run. As a single, it fits neatly into a set build, a reverse holo binder, or a collection themed around Gym Leader cards.
If you are completing the Hidden Fates set or gathering Trainer cards that carry a bit of Kanto history, Brock's Grit is a worthwhile addition.
