Bisharp is a Pokemon card released as a promo, numbered 149/197 and finished with a Cosmos Holo foil. The card draws on the artwork and number of the main set print it is based on, while the Cosmos Holo treatment marks this promotional version as separate from the standard release. Promo cards of this kind are handed out through special products rather than regular booster packs.
The Cosmos Holo pattern is a classic foil style, scattering small stars and bubbles right across the card so the surface shimmers as it moves. Collectors have long favoured this look, and a promo carrying the finish gives a well known Pokemon a presentation that stands out in a binder.
Bisharp is the evolved form in its line and sits directly above Pawniard, so the two are commonly collected as a pair. A clean Cosmos Holo Bisharp rounds out that line up nicely. A mint copy keeps the foil sharp and the card looking its best on display.
