Bill's Transfer is a Supporter Trainer card from Scarlet and Violet 151, the set that revisits the original Kanto Pokedex with a modern card frame. As a Trainer card it does not feature a Pokemon, instead offering a familiar nod to Bill, one of the earliest helpful faces in the Kanto games.
This copy is the Reverse Holo version, numbered 156/165. Reverse Holos carry the shimmering foil treatment across the card border rather than the artwork window, giving the card a distinct finish from the standard print. Trainer cards in Reverse Holo are popular with set builders who want to complete the full 165 card run in its most decorative form.
Collectors who favour the 151 set often chase Reverse Holo Trainers like this one to round out a master set, and the clean modern layout pairs neatly with the rest of the collection.
