This is Basic Fire Energy, card number 002, from the English Shrouded Fable set. Basic Energy cards are the foundation of almost every deck, attached to Pokemon so they can pay the cost of their attacks. Fire Energy supplies the Fire type symbol, and a deck can include as many copies as a player needs to keep their Pokemon powered up.

This printing carries the Texture finish, a patterned surface treatment applied to the card so the Energy symbol catches the light differently from a standard flat print. That textured look is what sets these versions apart from the plain Basic Energy found in most products.
