Banette GX is a card from the Shiny Vault subset of Hidden Fates, carried by the SV number in the title. The Shiny Vault gathered shiny variants of popular Pokemon under one heavily holographic treatment, and Banette brings its eerie, marionette inspired design to the line up.

GX cards offer a single powerful GX attack that can be used once per game, alongside higher HP than standard cards. Shiny Vault cards present the Pokemon in its alternate shiny colouring with a distinctive holo pattern, which sets them apart from the regular print of the same card and gives the subset its strong following.
