This is Arceus V, card number 083/100 from the Japanese set Star Birth. It carries the Double Rare classification, the tier used for V cards, which is reflected in both the Double Rare tag and the V in the card name. Star Birth was the opening set of its era, and Arceus V was one of its headline cards, fitting given Arceus's status as one of the most revered Pokemon.
V cards brought a clean, modern frame and bold artwork, and Arceus V is a popular target for collectors who want a strong centrepiece from the early part of the series. As a Japanese print from Star Birth, this version appeals to people who enjoy collecting first run sets and who appreciate owning a major Pokemon in its Double Rare form. It also pairs well with other Arceus cards for theme collectors.
