This is Ampharos V, card number 049/185 from Vivid Voltage, a main set in the Sword and Shield era. As a Pokemon V card, Ampharos V carries elevated HP and a full body illustration that fills the frame, the signature presentation that the V mechanic brought to this run of sets.
Vivid Voltage is best remembered for its special rarity subset and its chase Pikachu VMAX, which kept the set popular with collectors. Ampharos V is one of the V rares within the main numbered run, and tracking it down is part of building a complete Vivid Voltage collection.
Ampharos is the final evolution of the Mareep line, first seen in the Johto region, a family with plenty of long standing fan appeal. Collectors look for this card to complete a Vivid Voltage master set or to add to a Mareep line display. The English printing suits Australian collectors after a clean, well centred copy for a binder or a single character feature.
