This is Alcremie SV058/SV122 from Shining Fates, a Sword and Shield era set built around its popular Shiny Vault subset. Alcremie is the Cream Pokemon, a charming character introduced in the Galar region, and it appears here in the special shiny treatment that the set is best known for.
The SV prefix on the card number marks this as a Shiny Vault card, the dedicated shiny subset within Shining Fates. With the Baby Shiny, Shiny Holo Rare and Shiny Vault tags, this copy belongs to the alternate coloured shiny range that gives familiar Pokemon a fresh palette and a holographic finish. The Shiny Vault cards were a major draw of the set because they collected so many shiny Pokemon together in one place, and they remain a favourite target for set builders.
For collectors working through the Shining Fates Shiny Vault, or anyone who enjoys Alcremie, this shiny holo is a sweet addition to the binder.
