Acerola 142/147 is a Full Art Trainer card from the English Burning Shadows set, part of the Sun and Moon era. As a Supporter style Trainer, Acerola is one of the character cards that pairs a useful game effect with a full art portrait of the trainer herself.
The Full Art treatment extends the illustration across the entire card face, replacing the standard bordered layout with a single detailed scene. Full Art Trainers from the Sun and Moon period are a consistent draw for collectors, both for the artwork and because character cards like this build out a themed collection alongside the Pokemon.
Acerola is a recognisable figure from the Alola region storyline, which gives this card appeal beyond pure set completion. Burning Shadows is a well regarded set from its era, and a Full Art Acerola remains a favourite among collectors who enjoy trainer cards and the artwork that comes with them.
