This is Capture Energy, card number 201/189 from Darkness Ablaze, the English Sword and Shield era expansion. Because the card number (201) is higher than the set total (189), this is a secret rare, one of the bonus cards that sit beyond the main numbered run and are pulled at lower frequency than the standard cards in the set.
Capture Energy is a Special Energy card. In play it provides energy while also letting a player search out a Basic Pokemon, which made it a useful consistency tool during its time in the format. The secret rare printing gives the card a premium finish that sets it apart from the common version found in the main set.
Special Energy secret rares are a quieter but well regarded part of the hobby, popular with players who want a standout version of a card they already use and with collectors completing the full Darkness Ablaze checklist. For either purpose, this Capture Energy is a tidy pick up.
