Paldean Fates landed in early 2024 as a Scarlet and Violet era special set built entirely around Shiny Pokemon from the Paldea region. Sitting alongside earlier shiny-focused releases like Shining Fates and Hidden Fates, this set quickly became a favourite for collectors chasing alternate colour variants of Gen 9 Pokemon, with a compact 91-card main numbering and a generous secret rare run that pushes well past 200.
