TikTok Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
   This competition is organized by Monster Mart and is not affiliated with TikTok in any way.

2. Eligibility

   • Open to residents of Australia aged 16 and over.

   • Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

   • Participants must follow @monstermartaus, like and comment on the pinned post.

   • Entries must be submitted before 11:59pm 14 Feb 2025.

   • One entry per person unless otherwise stated.

4. Prize

   • The winner will receive a Pokemon Prize Bundle including Eevee TG11/TG30, Flamigo 227/193, Enamorus V 178/196, Altaria TG11/TG30, Milcery 152/142 & Sprigatito 196/193.

   • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

   • The winner will be chosen at random using the online duck race.

   • The winner will be contacted via TikTok direct message within 1 days of the competition closing.

   • If the winner does not respond within 3 days, a new winner will be selected.

6. Publicity

   • By entering, participants grant the Promoter permission to use their TikTok username and entry content for promotional purposes.

7. General Terms

   • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time.

   • The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries or technical issues preventing entry.

   • This competition is governed by the laws of Australia.
